What’s the target group size for the Germany trip?

@Linda Becker: The target Germany group size is about 12-15 students, for both spring break and late summer programs.

To what degree do the engineering treks involve hands-on research/engineering work?

What could be the benefits for students not in engineering, such as students in the humanities?

Is there any required prep work for students before these trips?

We want to take students who will find the experience to be useful and valuable.

For Taiwan - 10 days - current draft dates are June 13 (Monday after your finals end) till June 23

The Israel flight arrives in the morning, and we visit some sites on the day of arrival. Basically get oriented and see some interesting things. The actual site visits start the following day.

For accessibility purposes, are these walking-intensive trips?

Some sites are. But we should be able to make accommodations for nearly every site.

If I want to apply for both springs programs, do I need to write 2 statement of purposes? I’m looking at the application portal right now and I’m a bit confused.

Tomomi — It’s better to write one essay, mainly explain why the international experience will be useful for you, and then provide shorter statements on each individual program.
