Drop In Meditation
Join Elizabeth Tuckwell for 25 minutes of guided meditation. The benefits of meditation include reducing stress, improving concentration and increasing happiness. No previous experience is necessary. All are welcome.

This class will be recorded by the host for future viewing purposes. Each participant will automatically have their video and audio off and can choose to turn them on. I hereby grant Northwestern University permission to use my likeness in videos.
