Pathways for Women in Venture Capital
Fewer than 10% of decision-makers at U.S. VC firms are women. In this Lunch and Learn talk, Samara Mejia Hernandez KSM ’14 will share advice for women interested in VC including required skills, pathways, and what the job really entails.

Samara is the founder of Chingona Ventures. She has over 15 years of investing, selling and advising experience on both public and private markets and a background in sales, operations and technology at Goldman Sachs. She was an early-stage investor with MATH Venture Partners and is a proud Mexican immigrant and mama to a toddler.
